The patient comes to the clinic in the morning, on an empty stomach, signs in to the ward, and gets dressed in the gown. The surgeon draws necessary markings on the patient, and then the patient is escorted to the operating room. The surgeon makes several short cuts – no more than 1 to 3 cm. They are required to provide access to the endoscope. It is under the endoscopic control that the correction is made in deep layers. The cuts and sutures will be placed in the pre-furrow and in the earfold, only with 1 to 2 cm extending into the temporal area.
